How the cockerel came to the
'Herzog'!
The fact that our coat-of-arms contains a cockerel may help
explain our extensive collection
of exhibits - grown to be something of a
tradition. Hundreds of 'cock-a-doodle' presents from guests testify to the happy
connection with our hotel which guests and friends feel to this day. The
'Herzog' is known both nationally and internationally as 'the hotel with the
cockerel'.
